Bandalabs partnered with SHEIN to execute a localized, data-driven campaign targeting 9 European markets.

In collaboration with SHEIN, Bandalabs rolled out a highly localized influencer marketing campaign across 9 European markets, focusing on Gen Z and Millennial audiences. The initiative was guided by a data-driven strategy—utilizing regional insights to adapt content themes, creator selection, and platform prioritization for each country.


Key Strategies Used


Hyper-Localization: Content was tailored by language, fashion preferences, and cultural nuances in markets such as Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring higher resonance and relatability.


Creator Matchmaking: 63+ micro and mid-tier creators were selected based on engagement metrics, niche alignment (e.g., fashion, lifestyle, Gen Z content), and regional influence.


Performance Optimization: The campaign leveraged real-time performance tracking to optimize content drops and amplify top-performing posts through paid support.


Results & Impact 3.2M+ views and 160K+ engagements proved high content stickiness and relevance.


Campaigns drove increased traffic and conversions to SHEIN’s regional sites, supporting their position as a top e-commerce fashion destination in Europe. The use of short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and native storytelling formats enhanced authenticity and algorithm reach.
